Fire Cert Application & Compliance Report
Smarmore Fire Services (SFS) will complete and submit fire cert applications to relevant authorities and governing bodies. You will receive a comprehensive compliance report accompanied with floor plans and elevations detailing levels of compartmentation and separation within the building. SFS will guide and assist the client and design team through the planning and construction process.
Fire Safety Audits
SFS can complete a comprehensive audit inspection of any building. The audit will ensure that all the legislative obligations and requirements are both assessed and reported on. Both active and passive fire protection systems will be inspected in detail and you will receive a clear audit report with an action plan and a list of recommendations.
Fire Safety Risk Assessments
SFS are on hand to meet with clients to assist in the identification of specific building fire hazards.

SFS will risk assess the building, determine the likelihood of the hazard posing a threat to life and property and report and promote control measures to mitigate and reduce the risk to the client.
Third Party Certification
SFS can assist and work alongside passive and active fire prevention subcontracting firms providing re-assurance and third party certification on products and installations. We have great experience within the industry and pride ourselves on strict regulatory compliance.

Assigned Certifier - BCAR Compliance
SFS can carry out the fire safety inspections as part of BCAR requirements and issue an opinion of compliance upon completion. The inspections will be carried out in conjunction with the construction process, at agreed intervals.

Tender Procurement
SFS can work from a fire safety audit, procure the relevant work packages, obtain tenders, assess and advise the client on the most advantageous and economical process to ensure compliance, completion of the work and client satisfaction.
